WHAT SIZE AM I?

Listed below is an outline of the main body measurements. All measurements should should be taken in inches.

  2. WAIST - Measure around the smallest part of your torso

WHERE ARE YOUR DRESSES MADE? 

Dahl Collection dresses are made to order in California! Dahl Collection gowns are committed to being made sustainably and ethically. The wedding dresses are ethically made in California where there are strict labor laws in play, and we can ensure workers are actually being paid fair wages. 

All gowns are made to order, which means fabric is only being used once a gown is actually purchased, eliminating waste. Only a limited amount of fabric stock is kept in the office to ensure that fabric is actually being used. The excess fabric that was cut out from patterns is used towards appliques on the gowns.

Dahl Collection's dresses range from $3950- $6250

 

DO YOU OFFER ANY PAYMENT PLANS?

I understand that weddings are expensive, and you want to make sure you get the right dress too! If you live in the United States, you might be eligible for Shop Pay. Click on the Shop Pay at Checkout for more information!

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GOWN?

All Gowns are made to order in California! Which means you are already receiving a faster lead time than most bridal gowns. All gowns take 11-13 weeks to create until they are shipped out. If you do need your gown faster, I may have some options for you!

Rush orders available are 5 weeks and 8 weeks. If you need a RUSH ORDER, 8 week orders are available on the dropdown menu. If you need a 5 week order, please contact me immediately to see if I will be able to accommodate you. Please note that not all rush requests may be possible. Send me a message with your Rush Order request time and your wedding date. I will send you a confirmation after the request, and a rush fee will be applied.

 

ARE THERE DUTY OR IMPORT FEES? I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE USA, WILL I INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES?

Unfortunately some countries may charge duties or import fees. If they do end up charging you any fees, it is your responsibility to pay any fees.

 

WHAT DO I WEAR UNDER MY WEDDING DRESS?

Dahl Collection gowns are designed to enhance the female body, intentionally covering only certain areas. It is recommended that you wear bottom shape wear only, as the gowns always have bra cups sewn in. Follow the link here to read the best shape wear recommendations!

 

WHERE CAN I TRY ON YOUR DRESSES?

Dahl Collection gowns are currently only sold online. But, we are now accepting wholesale orders! If you are interested in becoming a retailer, please click the link here. If you are a bride looking to try on dresses or would like to see Dahl Collection in a specific boutique, please email me here.

 

WHERE DO I GO FOR ALTERATIONS? 

I recommend looking for local bridal seamstresses/tailor to accommodate any minor alterations necessary. I do not provide alterations in-house.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

Because the gowns are not made until you buy them, gowns are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable. If you have any questions or would like to see additional photos, please send me a message.
