WHAT SIZE AM I?

Please refer to sizes listed below. If you do not see your size listed below, please send me an email to see if I can make it for you!

Listed below is an outline of the main body measurements. All measurements should should be taken in inches.

1. BUST - Around the fullest part of the bust
2. WAIST - Measure around the smallest part of your torso
3. HIP - Measure around the fullest part of your hip

WHERE ARE YOUR DRESSES MADE? 

DO YOU OFFER ANY PAYMENT PLANS?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GOWN?

All Gowns are made to order in California! Which means you are already receiving a faster lead time than most bridal gowns. All gowns take 11-13 weeks to create until they are shipped out. If you do need your gown faster, I may have some options for you!

Rush orders available are 5 weeks and 8 weeks. If you need a RUSH ORDER, please contact me immediately. Send me a message with your Rush Order request time and your wedding date. Please note that not all rush requests may be possible. I will send you a confirmation after the request, and a rush fee will be applied.

 

ARE THERE DUTY OR IMPORT FEES? I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE USA, WILL I INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES?

Unfortunately some countries may charge duties or import fees. If they do end up charging you any fees, it is your responsibility to pay any fees.

 

WHAT DO I WEAR UNDER MY WEDDING DRESS?

Dahl Collection gowns are designed to enhance the female body, intentionally covering only certain areas. It is recommended that you wear bottom shape wear only, as the gowns always have bra cups sewn in. Follow the link here to read the best shape wear recommendations!

 

WHERE CAN I TRY ON YOUR DRESSES?

Dahl Collection gowns are currently only sold online. But, we are now accepting wholesale orders! If you are interested in becoming a retailer, please click the link here. If you are a bride looking to try on dresses, I will be hosting a Pop Up Event in Westlake Village, California this year. If you are interested in trying on my gowns, please fill out the form here. WHERE DO I GO FOR ALTERATIONS? 

I recommend looking for local bridal seamstresses/tailor to accommodate any minor alterations necessary. I do not provide alterations in-house.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

Because the gowns are not made until you buy them, gowns are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable. If you have any questions or would like to see additional photos, please send me a message.
